Normally during the cruise under control of one Chef Executive, some kitchen staffs would do some cooking demonstration and ice carving demonstration in front of the passenger by the Lido pool Deck.
The highlight of food presentation was going to be at Last Captain Dinner or Farewell Dinner with candlelight. All best quality and most favorite food served all together in main dining room at a night. The menu should be very tempting. They served Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Sevruga and Molossol Caviar, Escargots Bourguignon, Pate de Foie Gras, the famous Onion Soup and Caesar salad for the appetizers. In main courses they have Broiled Lobster Tails or Lobster Termidor, Fillet Mignon or Prime Rib of Beef, Racks of Lamb, Beef Wellington or Medallion of Veal.
And for those who have problem with some food or allergic of something you don't have to worry about. They will always help you preparing your special request regarding your dietary, allergy or passion, including kosher food that should be ordered a night before.
And for the dessert you would have Baked Alaska (colossal parade of ice cream presentation served in meringue accompanied with flaming cheery jubilee) and spectacular dessert chocolate extravaganza at midnight buffet.
